1. What this site offers today

ReportSkills is a working product. This site offers marketing content, guides, and a workspace where you compose report templates, bind your own data, and generate and deliver branded reports to your recipients. The plans and prices on the pricing page describe how the service is offered; subscription, billing and cancellation details are presented when you take a paid plan and then govern that plan.

2. The workspace

The workspace is the product itself. What you build there — templates, recipients, the data you bind, and every report you generate — is stored on our servers so it persists between visits and can actually be delivered. The public sample report and the on-page playground you see before signing in render fictional example clients, so you can watch a real report build without an account; nothing in those examples is anyone's live data.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, link to and cite our public pages, and use the workspace to evaluate the product. You may not scrape the site at a rate that harms it, probe the infrastructure for weaknesses without permission, republish the guides as your own, or misuse the contact address with unsolicited bulk mail.

4. Content and accuracy

Guides describe practices, not professional advice — accounting, legal or otherwise. Numbers inside the public sample reports belong to fictional example clients and are shown for illustration. We correct factual errors when readers point them out — write to hello@reportskills.com.

5. Liability

The site and workspace are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability for the free Basic plan is limited; paid plans are governed by the commercial terms of the plan you buy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Once you are a paying customer, material changes will be announced by email before they apply to you.
