What this site is today

The marketing pages are static HTML: no third-party analytics scripts and no advertising trackers run on them, and they set no cookies. Signing in to the workspace is the point where we begin handling your data, described below.

Before you sign in vs. after

Before you sign in, the public pages are inert: the hero report, the playground and the sample report render fictional example clients in your browser, and your language choice is kept in local storage (not a cookie). Once you sign in, the workspace stores your templates, recipients, bound data and delivery records on our servers, so your work persists and reports can be generated and emailed.

What we process to deliver reports

The service processes the data senders give us in order to deliver reports: sender account details, recipient names and email addresses, the data used to fill reports, and delivery events (generated, sent, opened, reminded) for the sender's own delivery log. Reports are addressed to recipients by our senders — we process delivery data on the sender's behalf, and report content belongs to the sender and their clients.

  • We do not sell data and do not use recipient or sender data for advertising.
  • Open tracking on live report pages is purely functional — it measures report pages only, and the results are visible to the sender and inside the recipient's own report view.
  • Emails are sent on the sender's behalf; recipients can unsubscribe at any time, and we honor it for that delivery channel.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no cookies. Sign-in uses a bearer token held in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie, and every request carries it as an Authorization header. We do not set cross-site tracking cookies.
