Features

A printing press, not a word processor

Every feature exists to kill one thing: the monthly rebuild of the same document. Open the workspace to try all of this yourself.

Commentary rewritten for this client

Narrative blocks carry the rules you write — for the report, and per recipient if you like. Every month the wording is regenerated from that client's own numbers and the change against last period and target, so every copy reads like a letter written for the person who receives it.

  • Only the words are rewritten — the layout and every figure are placed by the program and off-limits to the model
  • Each number in the text traces back to this recipient's row; a block that can't clear the bar falls back to the copy you pinned
  • A pre-send check flags only the blocks that break your rules — clean batches stay silent

Widget-composed templates

A report is a stack of typed widgets — covers, KPI rows, charts, tables, narrative blocks, checklists — not a freeform page someone must babysit every month.

  • Describe the report in one sentence and the assistant drafts a skeleton from real widgets
  • Drag to reorder, click to rebind, preview against any client instantly
  • Save once; every future press run reuses the same definition

Graceful degradation, not broken months

The data will be late sometimes. That is not a reason to deliver nothing. Every block stands on its own: a missing block ships as a clean placeholder and the rest of the report goes out on time.

  • Whole blocks fall back to a labeled placeholder
  • Single missing values render as an honest dash
  • The delivery log records exactly which blocks fell back

Batch by recipient

One template, one schedule, every client. Each recipient gets their own data slice filled into the same layout — generated as a single press run, not one manual export per client.

  • Per-client completeness checks on every list
  • Paste a table or upload a CSV — the parser takes your export as it is, no formatting ritual
  • Form results can bind directly as a data source

Schedules that never forget

Set the cadence once — the 1st, the 2nd business day, the first Friday. The press runs itself, and a late statement stops being a personality flaw of yours.

  • Monthly, weekly or custom cadence with pause and resume
  • Run-now for when you cannot wait for the calendar
  • Automatic reminders to recipients who have not opened after three days

Real delivery, tracked end to end

Recipients get an email with the branded PDF attached and a link to the live web version — readable on a phone, printable with a QR, and measured. "Did they get it?" finally has an answer.

  • Delivery timeline: generated, emailed, reminded, opened
  • Open tracking per report and per recipient
  • Copy the live link into any channel you already use

An archive that answers "the March one"

Every press run is kept, every recipient report is retrievable, and each client carries their own history. When a conversation turns to "what did we send in March?", the answer is two clicks.

  • Per-client archive with status and placeholder counts
  • Per-run view for auditing a whole batch
  • Compare months side by side — no digging through a sent folder

See it move, not read about it

The workspace runs the whole loop end to end: draft a template, bind a pasted table, run the press, track opens, send the reminder.
